1. About Dingo Hire

Dingo Hire provides equipment hire services including, but not limited to:

  • Bobcat & Earthmoving Equipment
  • Tool Hire
  • Ute Hire
  • Trailer Hire

This website is provided for information purposes only. No online bookings or online payments are accepted through this website.

We make every effort to ensure that the information on this website is accurate and up to date. However, Dingo Hire does not guarantee that:

  • equipment shown on the website is available at all times.

3. Equipment Availability

Equipment displayed on this website is subject to availability.

Submitting an enquiry does not reserve equipment. A booking is only confirmed after it has been accepted by Dingo Hire.

4. Quotes

Any quotation provided by Dingo Hire is valid only for the period stated in the quotation.

Prices may change without notice before a booking is confirmed.

5. Rental Agreement

All equipment hired from Dingo Hire is subject to a separate Rental Agreement which must be accepted before equipment is taken off premises.

The Rental Agreement will contain the complete terms relating to:

  • rental periods;
  • deposits (if applicable);
  • identification requirements;
  • payment terms;
  • late returns;
  • equipment operation;
  • damage;
  • loss;
  • cleaning;
  • fuel;
  • insurance (where applicable); and
  • customer responsibilities.

If there is any inconsistency between these Website Terms & Conditions and the Rental Agreement, the Rental Agreement will prevail.

6. Customer Responsibilities

Customers agree to:

  • provide accurate information when making enquiries;
  • operate hired equipment safely and only for its intended purpose;
  • comply with all Australian laws and workplace safety requirements;
  • return equipment in the agreed condition and within the agreed hire period; and
  • immediately report any breakdown, accident or damage.

7. Safety

Some equipment may only be operated by suitably trained or licensed persons.

Customers are responsible for ensuring they have the necessary skills, licences, permits and personal protective equipment (PPE) before operating hired equipment.

Dingo Hire reserves the right to refuse hire where it believes equipment may be used unsafely.

8. Pricing

Prices shown on this website are indicative only unless expressly stated otherwise.

Additional charges may apply, including but not limited to:

  • fuel;
  • cleaning;
  • late return fees;
  • delivery or collection;
  • replacement of lost items;
  • repairs resulting from misuse; and
  • consumables.

GST will be applied where required by Australian law.

9. Website Use

You agree not to:

  • use this website for unlawful purposes;
  • interfere with the operation or security of the website;
